Before attaching your HASKO products, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Do not attach the product to a grout line. Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise until the rubber base is flat, then position the product into the slot in the cup. Note: the slot is located at the bottom of the disc.

If you encounter issues during the initial installation, wash the suction cup, dry it with a hair dryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If the suction holds, it means that the initial wall may not be suitable for the suction cup, so please choose a different installation location.

The package includes 2x adhesive mounting discs for installing your suction shower caddy on a rough surface. Suction will not work on porous or uneven surfaces such as grout lines, cement walls, wood, porcelain, marble, wallpaper, natural stones like travertines, painted walls, and any other bumpy surfaces.

For installing your suction shower basket on a rough surface, use the 3M Discs provided in the package. Note: you do not need to use adhesive mounting discs for non-porous smooth surfaces like glass, tile, or mirror.
